Full Payment is required upon booking (except for Shareholder applying their Discount Code)
Cancellation & Refunds
If a booking is cancelled outside 60 days of the Check in Date a full refund will be given less a $100 booking fee.
If a booking is cancelled within 60 days of the Check In Date, no refund will be provided.
Essentials
What you MUST bring:
Bed Sheets & pillow cases (see floor plan to check sizes – Queen or Single) PLEASE NOTE – A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if sheets are NOT used
Bath Towels and Bath Mats
Kitchen tea towels
Toilet Paper
Standard Nespresso Pods if desired
The cost to replace any breakages will be invoiced within 7 days of checkout.
Both houses are advertised to sleep 8 persons only and should not be exceeded.
Security Cameras: External security cameras operate at the properties for safety and security purposes. Cameras are positioned to monitor exterior areas and entrances only. There are no cameras inside the accommodation or in private guest areas.
What NOT to bring: Portable Fridge/ Freezer
Check-in – (After 2pm)
Check-in is strictly after 2pm no matter the tidal conditions
Refer to the map for directions. (Turn onto the sandy track at the public toilets)
Keys are available using Key Safe Code sent by email 7 days before check in. (check your spam folder)
The Key safe is located at the back door of Weerona and the front door of Talinga
Check out & what’s expected – (Before 10am)
All rubbish MUST be deposited at public rubbish tip or taken with you off the island
Sweep floors
Clean out the fridge, wash all dishes and pack away
Leave the fridge switched ON
Return all items taken from one house to the house they belong (Glasses, bowls & cutlery)
Be sure the barbeque plates are clean and plates returned
Report all breakages or items that should be replaced or repaired
